We are looking for a floral designer who wants to work in a busy boutique flower store within one of the best communities in Edmonton. Do you want your ideas and creative designs to both count and be put into practice? This is a great shop with welcoming staff, a dog friendly environment, fabulous atmosphere and some of the most beautiful gifts you can find anywhere.

The perfect candidate will be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Is your handwriting extremely neat? Are you willing to work extended hours during busy holiday times? Are you able to lift all sizes of boxes and are physically strong and healthy? Like everyone who works with our team, you cannot be averse to cleaning and maintaining the shop. There is a lot of sweeping, mopping and general cleanup daily. Computer skills are helpful, as all of our administrative tasks, invoicing and sales transactions are computer based.

Are you punctual, reliable, honest, and pay attention to details? You should consider yourself stylish and creative and be able to express this in your floral art. The right person will have at least one year working with fresh flowers and must provide a portfolio with pictures of your current, modern, and stylish work. You must be available to work Saturdays and available to work most holidays.

This is a great position with full time hours, a VERY competitive salary and a five day work week, hours with in Monday through Saturday. There is free parking, great staff discounts and lovely shops in the surrounding area. We are closed from the 25th of December until the first Tuesday in January.
