Part-Time Staff Member: Floral Designer (Edmonton Location)
We are looking for: an individual with a passion for fresh florals and design who thrives in a fast-paced and busy boutique shop environment. Must be available weekends. The perfect person for this position is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator. Previous design experience will mean the candidate can artistically and efficiently complete design work. He or she will be investing in a long-term relationship with our team and customers, and will eagerly assist with all daily shop duties.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): greeting and assisting customers in store; creating a variety of custom floral arrangements; taking floral orders in person and over the phone; processing sales transactions; daily shop duties; preparing and organizing floral orders; processing fresh flowers/plants/fresh product; working with future designers; hosting fresh workshops.

Part-Time "Flossy" Rep
We are looking for: a rep for our delicious, exciting, and beautiful candy floss line: Flossy! The perfect candidate for this position will be fun, energetic, highly motivated, and responsible. He or she will be as positive and sweet as our delicious floss. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to use for special candy floss deliveries. This position will be based out of our St.Albert SWISH Flowers location; hours will be flexible and may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): becoming an expert in all things candy floss; making candy floss to fulfill orders and stock shops; promoting Flossy by representing the brand at events and special functions; delivery of special orders to our shops and special events; any administrative tasks related to Flossy orders; taste testing and flavour-testing projects; anything else related to the world of candy floss.
Part-Time Staff Member: Future Floral Designer
We are looking for: a motivated, outgoing, and responsible part-time sales associate to join our team. The perfect candidate will be confident and conscientious and will build positive relationships with customers while taking great care of our beautiful boutique. Previous retail and floral experience are appreciated, but not required.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): greeting and assisting customers in-store; creating opportunities for sales using expert product knowledge; house-keeping tasks; processing sales transactions; daily shop duties; working with fresh flowers; taking floral orders in-person and over the phone; preparing and organizing floral orders.
Social Media Expert/Content Queen (all locations and off site)
We are looking for: an expert in all things social media who has exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. The candidate will help build the SWISH Flowers community through: social media engagement, content creation, photography, events, and collaborations. Social media experience is a must, so the candidate will have an impressive and proven portfolio of past and current work (this can vary depending on each candidates’ background). This candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, conscientious, and independent.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): creating brand appropriate content for various social media platforms for SWISH Flowers; designing and implementing a “Social Media Calendar” to manage online content; proposing, researching and curating monthly blog content; envisioning and managing photo-shoots in cooperation with SWISH floral designers; creating proposals and executing collaborations with local businesses/ entrepreneurs/influencers.

We are looking for: an enthusiastic and talented floral designer to be on-call to assist during busy floral holidays, for large events or when the need arises. This individual will be working primarily with fresh florals and will be a skilled and efficient designer who can shine in a fast-paced shop environment.
